Not for players but scouting the opposition because that is where we are headed under these arseholes.
We have finally learned a lesson and given our latest manager a short term contract with options. Clement should have had the same deal. He should have gone 3 months ago but the owners were reluctant to pay out another compensation, which has led to our present demise. A disastrous summer transfer window orchestrated by Jenkins, and which Clement stated he was happy with, resulted in a negative set up every match where we played not to lose instead of playing to win, and consequently we sit bottom of the table and four points adrift of safety. So, where are the urgently needed reinforcements? With almost a week already gone of the transfer window, unbelievably we are still assessing our squad, whereas every man and his dog knows our weaknesses. We have no right back, no decent winger, no creator in midfield, and no striker, but all we hear in the Press is speculation of departures, With the clock ticking, and Jenkins once again dithering, the silence from the club is deafening.
Apparently in competition with the mighty Sporting Kansas City for Leigh Griffiths' signature And for only 3 times his market value A good scoring record against the likes of Ross County and Inverness Caledonian Thistle two seasons ago his strike rate dropped last season and has continued to fall this. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...iths-target-Swansea-Sporting-Kansas-City.html A insight into this utter **** of a man http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/celtic-ace-leigh-griffiths-branded-11798146
We cannot seriously be in for this shyster of a player, hope it's just paper talk, Kansas are welcome to him.....................
Liverpool sign Van Dyke in December ready for the Jan transfer window. That way they know that as soon as Jan 1st hits, a player they are in desperate need of is eligible to play. In stark contrast, our ****nugget of a chairman will most likely wait until the final day of the transfer window (again), then fail to sign anyone, blaming a lack of time to get the deal done as the reason.
I’d have him as Wales manager again....better than the thought of Giggs or Bellend. A couple of weeks earlier and ŵe could’ve had a manager that at least makes some sense during interviews
Hungry, motivated and determined to prove himself, and will have the likes of Schole, Butt, Neville's in backroom staff not to mention Fergie on tap too. Who wouldn't want to play for him/them?
With all due respect, you have to be joking. Never forgiven him for ‘bottling it’ against Russia. We should’ve won that night..
