I disagree. I think he was frustrated by the penalty, then annoyed by him nicking the ball and was just petulant. Lucky boy not to see red.
Holgate seemed to react to something after those comments, but Firmino’s mouth was hidden behind someone’s head. The referee was perfectly placed to hear whatever it was, being between both of them.
