Caulkin is saying that it's a categorical denial. Staveley has set the company up to aquire new businesses into the PCP Holdings Group.
I will believe it when it happens. Until then I am afraid we have the king of royal **** ups at the helm. Which means until he signs over the ownership anything could happen. I don’t want to piss on anyone’s parade as I am hoping it goes through soon so we can sign some players but you can’t help but feel he will always want the last laugh!

So, this Tom chappy has studied law for 5 years!! My daughter is a partner at one of the biggest law firms in the world. She advises on EU, UK and multi-jurisdictional merger control and antitrust regulation as well as public procurement and state aid law. This has got nothing to do with the takeover of NUFC....I'm just bragging...
The pessimist in me won't allow me to get excited until this is all done and dusted. Too many years of being hurt by this **** up of a club that we love so much makes me cynical. Assuming that she's based in Silk Lane or whatever the name of the street the Barbican building is on. Had a good stint there and a half decent, but mad, firm (most of them were, as I found out in my legal IT consultancy days).

Our DMS system is a nightmare too. I get 5 emails a day pestering me to approve the invoices and they keep bouncing back every day.
