1) build man-cave/shed 2) buy more guitars and amps to put in man-cave/shed 3) fit out with projector, screen, sound bar/speakers, DVD, X-box or similar 4) start guitar lessons 5) have to share man-cave/shed with kids 6) weep as my clumsy offspring knock over amps and guitars 7) realize I have the co-ordination of a Downy on roller skates and give up lessons 8) concede defeat and lose man-cave/shed to kids 9) stand in the kitchen looking wistfully down the garden regretting spending £15,000 on something I'll never use 10) buy a motorbike

It's looking like 2018 will be another record-breaking year for feared criminal gang, The LYT. This year sees us making inroads in our attempts to control the entirety of South America's drug trade - it's where Scan is at the moment, hence his GC hiatus (but yet still a prominent Whatsapp member where the real action happens), leaving Trev and I to oversee our UK and Europe Ops. Looking at additional stem cell treatment too, and Trev is getting a gastric band. We are also recruiting more GC Whatsapp Crew members, with Pud now in touch about a long overdue return, and the Whatsapp Crew also requires a DM and a star striker, which will both hopefully be added before the transfer window closes. All in all, 2018 is already looking like a truly wonderful year.
