I think its just the number of times scholes has stuck the boot into successive manc managers. he still feels hard done by over his coaching position and thinks utd owe him a living.

Butt had him as assistant and the guy is STILL tapping along at badges it seems. Giggs made him his assistant when moyes was sacked and i think scholes feels hard done by since van gaal came in and told them the **** off.

We were playing the worst i have seen which was why we were in the relegation zone mate i believe we would still be there if things hadnt changed...
Fat Sam was originally offered until the end of the season but didnt want that we looked elsewhere but as you know never hired anyone meanwhile the defeats and bad displays kept coming...
We then offered him 18 months which i think will be this season and his pay off?
The way your pumping on you'd swear he was here for life lol

The only thing that will keep Fat Sam next season is the FA cup and we'll be out of that Friday so no problem there...

Shock horror we are playing the Fat Sam style im glad you pointed that out as Everton fans hadnt noticed but we have noticed more points going on the board and safety more likely..

The thing about Scholes is that he is too honest and comes across as bitter and too critical for their players, staff and fans. The likes of Nevilles and Giggs tend to put in a bit of praise first and soften the criticism. People are not used to straight talking. Lawro for example never criticises our players or manager. Directly or indirectly. Since the 2016/17 season (may be even before I haven't checked) he has never predicted a loss for our team , against any team. That shows some confidence! or he is afraid of being labelled a traitor. He is not alone. Most of our ex players are never directly critical. I think it is difficult for a club to give ex-players a role unless it is sure that they are loyal. Paul Ince I think never got back into their fold or ours too for that matter.

    maybe....

Look theres an in crowd there for sure. Neville is so concerned with getting cut off form his sources he swings from down the middle into rampant manc lover at a flick of a switch.

I always felt ronnie whelan had it in for someone when speaking about us but perhaps he was just being honest too.

I agree on lawro though, he's a bit of a joke.

Ex players and roles tbh is a difficult thing. the reality is 90% accept a contract is a contract and have the good grace to **** off after. be happy with a free ticket now and again and do the circuit. Some get lucky and get legend status, others cult following.

The issue with scholes for me is he is neither ****ting no getting off the pot and is stretching credulity at this point with this so called coaching career and qualifications. Giggs is nearly as bad but at least can boast he has all the quals done. Both men need to get on with it.

Its like this. Carragher disappointed me by going to sky but at least he made a call. same as hanson. ok so **** off and be a pundit then.

gerrard has made his choice and got a plum job from us and yet is STILL on the pundit circuit. that needs to stop.

I've heard Lawro criticise us plenty of times as a co-commentator and a talking head. He does seem to give us favourable predictions on the Beeb site, though.

Scholes' tackling off the pitch is as clumsy as it was on it.

Everton v West Brom is a massive game, if Fat Sam doesn't get a win he could easily put together a run of 9 games without a win, or even 10 since Palace are in form

He was on Five Live yesterday claiming managers have very little impact in the success of a team. He said the players are the point thing that matters and the team with the best players will always win.

People contacted the show to ask his opinion on Leicester winning the league etc.

Some even questioned the great sides at Liverpool he played in. Modestly climbing it was all down to the players <doh>

I honestl;y cannot see how people can take his predictions about our team seriously. When he thinks we could lose, he'll give us a draw. In many years of reading his predictions he has predicted LFC to lose the fewest matches. How can you be employed by the BBC to forecast matches when you are so clearly biased in favour of one team? Not that I am complaining but it must be obvious to his employers surely.

How many times have the bookies made us losing the favourite outcome?

Never predicting us to lose is not the same as predicting we will never lose.

I get your point. There have been the odd occasion when the bookies have made us favourites to lose.

Lawro must surely on at least one occasion have thought the other team was favourite to win. I cannot believe that in 60 consecutive matches or so he truly believed we were either the favourites or a draw is likely. He truly couldn't predict us losing in 0 matches?
