decent win but a poor game overall.

ugly cos Leicester are that sort of front to back side but we were lacking.

Robertson stunk the place up with his crossing.

He seemed ok to me. Klopp said he was limping.

 

I thought he was limping after one attack, hopefully precautionary

 

Didn't watch but was listening (eventually).

Very good win for us that. It's all well and good battering teams 5-4 ( ) but scrapping for points is a great side of the right mentality.

We were just poor enough. Imo I've seen enough of this fab 4 stuff. it doesn't really work as midfield isn't balanced enough.

 

Only read it on bbc but seems like we dominated and should have scored a hatful more. We’re juat about clinical enough.

Good sign being able to come back from a goal down so early, sounded like yet another individual error that cost us at the back though?

 

The whole first 5 minutes of the game were shocking.
Salah missed several, but still ended up with 2 goals.

 

I would say leicester came with a game plan. It worked but they scored too early and gave up the plan too early and sat off.

Our 424 was not great, in effect it was that with coutinho in cm. They put what could be called the same 424 type set up with albrighton and Gray wide of mahrez and Vardy. They then pressed us high and several players of ours coughed it up.

Imo they dropped that when they could have gone and got another. Maybe because salah got a chance after 4/5 mins but missed.

Out issues imo were... wastefulness as per, can strolling about, robertson crossing awful, in general team touch looked poor as well.

Leicester seemed content with long goofs at vardyv and set peice
