    Not going to lie I have very little clue what any of the memes mean having not seen a Star Wars film, but I can spot when someone puts serious effort into something so WP Fats :emoticon-0150-hands

    As for the game I can't see much but a comfortable Man Utd win, 4-0.

    Bravo Yoshi, however as we can't sack half the squad for being under performing assholes, it comes down to either sticking with MP2 who clearly can't motivate the squad, or bringing someone in who can.

    Nicely put, and I totally agree, but in my view the bad leadership comes from higher up the food chain than Pellegrino.

    Yep, that may be so, but the direct, day-to-day responsibility is MP2s. I’d have got rid about three games ago in all honesty. I’m amazed he’s still there now. I’d then have hauled the squad in for a proper dressing down and given the responsibility over to them for the United game (under a caretaker) and have someone installed on Jan 2. That person being Martino.

    Never heard of him! <laugh>

    The thing is though, if I’m right, replacing the manager may not help in the long term, as the manager isn’t in control of the transfer budget, or coaching the Academy, or a million and one things that don’t seem to be working properly at the moment. Plus, if the board hadn’t farted around last summer we could have got Marco Silva. I’m not confident the current board know the right manager for the club from their own collective arseholes.
