Well said. As usual fans cannot either see or accept the obvious. We are facing major problems. Stone has been brought in to keep the finances under strict control - not find money to be spent on players. Webber has been brought in to get rid of high earners, boost the academy, reduce the average age of the squad, halve the wage bill and find cheaper younger players for the squad - not carry on the status quo. Farke has been brought in to bring on youngsters and get the squad fit - not carry on the culture that existed in the Club. Farke is used to working with young players and demands high fitness levels so, quite naturally, the likes of Naismith, Jarvis and Wes are not going to like it. There are other players at the Club who give me the impression that they think they are above hard work. I might be wrong but I think that Murphy and Oliviera come into that category. I seriously believe that Russell Martin was given a contract extension because he loves the Club and could help Farke change the culture, encourage the youngsters and provide a positive influence in the dressing room. This is, by necessity, a long term project and to suggest changing course or replace any of the crucial people after 6 months is sheer lunacy. This won't stop those who live in dreamland assuming that a secure billionaire is about to arrive waving a massive chequebook to allow us to buy the next generation of overpaid under performing ' stars ' but it is a dream and not either realistic or desirable. Other realism has got to sink in. Jerome has not been a goalscorer at any stage of his career so he is not going to start now. He does however work his socks off unlike Oliviera who is also not a proven goalscorer. IMO, things will not improve until Tettey and Jerome are fit again. In January we will, hopefully, be able to get one or two bad influences off the books - I include Murphy in that - and hang on to Maddison amongst others but I would not expect many incomings even if we sell. There seems to be a steady stream of promising youngsters into the academy and there are other youngsters who can be brought through already into the squad where, hopefully, the likes of Pinto , Klose, Hanley and Martin will provide the appropriate role models. Even so I do not expect a charge up the table but, hopefully, things will start to improve next season. I fully accept that I now do not attend games so it could be argued that my opinion does not count but on the same logic it does not stop fans, who see the players for 90 mins a fortnight, thinking they know more than the Manager who sees the players every day of the week.

In 9th place, just three points from playoff position, and just beat Wednesday on the road. I can't wait to hear why.

Now Wednesday are at it. I recall Brum sacking Rowett when they ere just outside the play-offs. Where are they now? How is Rowett doing now? Still, as we all know, sacking the Manager after 6 months if he has not turned the Club completely round is the answer to everything!!

Heard this morning that last season Bristol City nearly sacked their manager after 8 defeats on the spin. They are now in the top four this season. So, based on this do we back Farke or should he get the sack along with managers from Sheffield Wed. and Middlesbrough? The next three games will tell us whether or not he has lost the dressing room (Daren Huckerby comment on Radio Morfolk - it’s the players attitude that’s wrong). If we lose or draw these matches then I think it will show that the players are not behind him and are showing this on the pitch.
If League 1 looms large then it will be very difficult to ignore the situation and Webber must bite the bullet.

With Farke, is it a case of over-coaching? He said he gave the team too much to think about before the Leeds game, and admitted he had the team "nervous" before the Bees match. Maybe they all need to relax a bit.

Most. footballers arnt the sharpest in the world so
over instruct is probably not the best way to coach.
I agree with Hucks that we are too slow and laboured
    in our approach work.
Too much time on the ball and not enough getting
    it forward IMO.

Yeah, it's boring, painful, and sickening, in that order. There must be a point to it, but I don't know what it is.

Thank God Pullis has gone to Middlesbrough, I'm sure some silly buggers on here would have called for us to appoint him <doh>
