1.30 Wincanton - Different Gravey- 33/1 ew Showed some signs of a revival at Newbury before unseating his rider and ok is rated 7lb higher over hurdles than chasing but his last hurdle race was the stayers hurdle at Aintree in the GN Meeting and Will Biddick takes off 3lb which takes him 13lbs lower than when going off fav for the National Spirit at Fontwell where he finished 5th and 3lbs lower than his last win over hurdles this is a massive drop in class and although he hasn’t shown anything recently of that level the fact he was pitched in thn highest level this year shows how high he was thought of and any run similar to those levels he was running at in those races should put him right up there come the finish and is a big price

Was second to Goring, but is 6lb better off, third run back from a break and in a class 5 chase, front runner may take well to this unique track 16/1
Merry Christmas all. Theos Charm was well fancied to go well at Ascot yesterday but got banjaxed by a rival at the first obstacle. Goes again at Kempton 1.20 on Boxing Day. 16s into 8s. Single and an ew double with Whisper in the KG.

Shanaan Star , update , once i've looked at past form , the horse ran at fontwell last boxing day , its first run after a long holiday , this time it's third run after a break , which last time coincided with a win , also the winning pilot is back on board .......... reckon they having a go ....
