great performance. Literally could have had about 7 today. Unbelievable to be saying that when playing away at Burnley after the season they’ve had so far.

RCL just edges MOTM over Kane for me. Back to his old self with a cracking performance, and a huge influence on the team. No more happy clapping and singing for the rest of the season from him, and I think we’ll do just fine.

    Merry Christmas everyone. <cheers>

    Job done.

Sit back and see whether Man Utd can survive the
onslaught that is ... the most attackingest team ...
    in the world. Ever.

Excellent performance and we showed real character after the Man City debacle. Right from the off we were aggressive and dictated the play. Burnley have only conceded 3 at home before today and we should have won by 5 or 6.

Davinson Sanchez was superb at the back and Aurier was excellent second half. Sissoko apart from his miss gave an athletic display and Kane is just Kane. World class.

Southampton next on Boxing day, i cant see them stopping Kane beating Shearer's record.

Thats a good win at a difficult place to win. I think we have all run out of superlatives for Harry so I wont even try.. Sissoko was good and some praise for Dele not completely at his best but after the early yellow card he showed a great deal of maturity for which he should be praised. Sanchez superb we missed him so much last week. Back up to 5th now need to make sure we don't drop any points over the festive period. Happy fan tonight.

Also well done to Sean Dyche for his honest appraisal at the end.

Technically that is personal abuse but you have to ask yourself would it stand up in a court of law?

  9. The defence as a unit looked so much stronger. Verts was strong throughout and (despite the poor first half crosses), Ben had a really solid game and helped set up Harry’s 3rd.

Well, that's us now having played 7 of the top 10 away. Only Liverpool and Chelsea left - easy, we always win there.

Depends if the judge is a Spurs member of Not606. Do we have many Judges?

Then by definition a non-loss to either is a like for like
    improvement on last season.

Just love watching Dave Sanchez. Lost a few aerial battles in the 2nd half but is such a rolls royce of a player. What a signing.

Excellent result and really hard-fought victory. Would love it if Kane broke that bald git's record next week.

Aurier and Sissoko got better as the game went on. Davies and Dier had mixed days and the less said about Eriksen the better. He needs to be sent off to play Aussie Rules for a month until he learns to man up. Dele worked hard and found pockets of space nicely but you could sense the crowd were beginning to get in his head as the game wore on. Hugo with a selection of dreadful kicks and some dodgy moments in the air. I thought Llorente looked sharp when he came on - held the ball up really well.

Crucial 3 points what with 4 of the teams above us (Arsenal, Pool, Chelsea and obviously Burnley) all dropping points.

Big, big game on boxing day. Looking forward to seeing a certain tank-like Kenyan in action at some point.
