I watched the game and thought you fully deserved the win! You have been very impressive this season and to be honest, I look forward to seeing you on match of the day next season <ok>

I am becoming more and more disillusioned of my own club right now as each day passes by, hence why im hardly on this site now. Seems strange saying this but I feel like I am gradually falling out of love with football. Of course I am glad we have improved when compared to where we were just 3 seasons ago. 2 promotions in 3 seasons and highest finish in 17 years. New owners making promises, things were looking good our end. I was Mr positive! But the last 6/7 months has been a real test for most gasheads, though I still had faith. However... seeing you guys redeveloped your stadium (which looks quality by the way) and your successes that you are having since the stadium completion, its making me lose what faith I had in my own club. Please don't take this as jealousy. Far from it. I am truly happy for how things are going for you right now. Its about time Bristol is on the football map!! I just wish our club had half the ambition your club is showing. I know a new stadium for us is desperately needed and yes it could be half empty each game. But the Mem is not fit for purpose. A new stadium will give us a buzz and could attract other revenues. Look how Cardiff, Swansea, Bournemouth and Brighton moved up with new stadiums or redeveloped stadiums. Its the way to go to progress. You guys are proving it too. We are light years away from anything. I know you guys talk about that 'gap' between us. Well I never have felt that gap before as big as it is right now between us. Like I said, light years behind.

Congrats again on how you are performing this season. You deserve to be where you are as well. And I do believe you will keep this up and finish in the top 2. So I offer my congrats in advance to that too.

    Bravo to you guys <applause>

Very gracious mate. We are living the dream at the moment, who knows how long it will last!! I know there were mix feelings regarding SL and his backing of LJ last season but it's there for all to see, he was spot on with his decision.. Turning out to be a very good manager.....Think we have to be a bit careful to hold on to him if I'm honest.
Don't take this the wrong way, but I feel if we go on and hit the dizzy heights of the Prem and get some successful seasons going, I think it could set the bench mark for the gas to start putting things in motion to develop the club in a similar way..May take a while....I've been a city fan for over 50 years.....I know how you feel!!!

Chuffed for your & the chairman, The supporters noise from the stands when that winning goal went was amazing , ever since you annihilated us 4-1 and back then I thought they'd beat anyone on their day and so it proved, good luck V Citeh I've got a feeling you'll beat them as well.
    All the best

I think City are a different prospect. they are probably the best team in the world right now.

but hey, who knows.. a 2 -0 loss up there would be something to have a go at.

Mate there's more chance of seeing the Queen give the Pope a blow job than us ever getting to the Prem.

I wouldn't get quite as emotional as CJS but credit where it's due, bloody good result for you lot. Enjoy <ok>

Thanks cjs and gas , very gracious, much appreciated.
CJS you won't give up , it's what makes us proper supporters different to the plastics , makes the good times even better ,
Been watching city for nearly 50 years, many highs and lows, more lows than highs , so yes , am , and will enjoy last night.
As for your lot if you can get a new or rebuilt stadium you can push on.
On the other hand if you really are fed up , well you could always join us for the ride .... no thought not .
Would be amazing though to have a Bristol Derby in the Prem .

Great win for you guys, couldn't be happier for you (also hoping you spent all your energy and have nothing left for Saturday).

Do any of you know if this bottle of wine was shared or did Jose sneak off after losing?
