Well it certainly wasn’t pretty under Clement. Didn’t help his own cause by affectively accepting a sh1te transfer window. Then gets sacked by the very w@nkers who didn’t back him with the players the squad required. A total disgraceful & sad state of affairs. That’s why I have a tadge bit of sympathy, but also can’t get away from the fact that, Paul your negative tactics were shocking..
I don't think you have enough 6'5" clumpers for Pulis' anti-football, which will haunt your club for a generation like it has Stoke. Liberty stadium will be like this
We sold our top scorers, failed to strengthen where needed and have done for a couple of seasons and once again a manger pays for the inadequacies of those who control the purse strings. If he appoints Leon or Curtis or the under 23 coaches I think I will post my season back to Jenkins and tell him to shove it where the sun don't shine.
I still don't understand why you got rid of Monk. I would bet money you would have been better off keeping him. Probably going to end up with Big Tony now.
I guess they now can delay bringing in new players early in January....they have the excuse all lined up. I can’t believe Huws comment about being surprised and disappointed it hasn’t worked out....he didn’t back his manager in the summer window, making a gain of 35m!! I could care less who they bring in. I just want to see the old board out.
This has come suddenly. Obvious Pulis has agreed a deal. There will be a new Swansea way thats for sure.
The cancer within the Club remains , all this has done is deflect the now growing pressure on jenkins , the only time can ever go back to some semblance of a Club with principles is when this current lot **** off .This is just delaying the inevitable of our demise as a PL or maybe even a Championship club
If that's so then I give it a week before Dia slags him off and says he's the worst manager we've ever had.
WE really need to get back to 'keep ball' possession based football, and I'm all for a foreign manager, Martinez and Rodgers would be superb, but that's just fantasy, still knowing Clement is clearing his desk and packing his bags has brightened up my week...........
I'm Happy if it is pullis....never been relegated and is as steady as they come......The right man to keep us up....Forget the politics of the club and focus on backing whoever come in......Clement is gone and that is all i care about to give us more than a fighting chance.....17th will do but i can see us higher than that.....
Pulis would be good for Dai, the fan hate would be diverted away from him and towards Pulis like it has at all his clubs.
Devastated if it's Pulis. I'd rather a manager from outside the merry go round. Just because we know what we'll get from Pulis doesn't mean it will be any good.
