(This may have been posted elsewhere - apologies if it has) In a most telling interview with Football Espana Rangel open's up on his impression of our situation. In addition to some history he also says of 'The Swansea Way' :-
“You can see that Swansea don’t do it now. We always talk about it, some of the players who have been here a long time.
“That’s the way we succeeded. Why are we changing it? That’s my only question. I know we have different players now, different managers.
“But the philosophy of the club could still be in place. And it’s not.”

Given how loyal and self effacing this player is, I think these comments speak volumes about the distress our longer serving players are feeling.
Maybe he, Britton, Dyer, Routledge and Curtis have their best day behind them but it shows they are hurting at our current standard of play.
