Well 4 -1 win today, did not see that coming
1 Mom Got to be Bryne even with 2 missed pens. Great volley and great play all round.
    2 ONeil got forward well
    3 Martin
Would have been wagstaff if not for his stupid clearance were Rovers scored

Listened on the radio and a few players could have made this list today but these were the standouts for me on the commentary:

    1. Wagstaff
    2. Byrne
    3. O'Neill

    O'Neill
    Nugent
Wagstaff (who would have been mom but for his stupid mistake at the end.

As for Byrne, he should be made to train with the juniors until he can score 24/25 penalty kicks. There is no shrugging this off on the basis of his pot shot which flew into the net. Wagstaff and Parker showed him the importance of running at defenders in the penalty area rather than passing sideways.

    1. Byrne. I've not been his greatest fan - but he seems to have greatly improved under Lovell ( except at taking penalties ).
    2. Wagstaff
    3. Parker
    4. Dimtits for their gardening skills at the Corner quadrant.

I'd also like to mention Eaves - worked very hard -- and I was pleased with the effort by Wilkinson.Has he. at long last, realised what commitment the fans desire from the team. He didn't win everything - but looked hungry !
