That GIF tends to get used in response to said point of reference, but it's applicable to anybody who does a runner when challenged

 

Rule 2 is a **** rule and should be struck from the record, a pre-emptive wum fail is a forum favourite.

If you have that then there must be clear rules on the use of the fishing net and the Picard of defeat

 

One follows the other, generally
