I agree. I think he's a very good player who's career has been stuffed by injury. There's a lot of them , sadly. I was a fairly decent badminton player, I had a bad injury where I tore all of the muscle sheet in my calf. I was never the same again, you just hold back, you can't help it.
Sam Allardyce is a canny manager, you don't know what you are going to get. We need a comfortable victory because of by blood pressure.
Any complacency should be drummed out of our players and we should approach this with caution. Everton is a wounded animal and that makes them dangerous. Damn that Allardyce the son of a bitch has got them going again and he'll keep them up
One of those matches where scoring early could make all the difference. An early goal in the first 15 minutes could open the floodgates-4-0. But if we don't score in the first half we lose heart and its 0-0 despite lots of possession and attacking.
However; only City and United have stopped us scoring in the league this year. And Everton have no wins away from home. Allardyce cant have change the team in a week. What we're seeing with the blues is simply a return to mean. They were underperforming and now were seeing them return to about where they should be in the league. However it could just be a dead cat bounce.
West Ham beating Chelsea shows us exactly why we have to be careful in this game. Who saw that coming!!
this is a big game now. should city win and we win..... wow it's all suddenly much tighter in top 4 and the title is over. 2 to 4 would be covered by 3 points. if we lose.. huge chance missed and arsenal and spurs catch back up in one week
You reckon the media would allow that? They won't give a **** about health and safety implications, just two huge derbies that will have a massive tv audience figure.
Yeah, there's no way we're avoiding the snow, and even though the pitch will pass inspection the travelling supporters interests have got to come first.
Its decided on a H&S basis and is normally cancelled due to icy condition making the area , plus possibly in the stands ,around the stadium a "slip" hazard
