Forget about the “other bets,” Pix. They are of no concern to you, and Spurly has already dealt with that particular non issue. All you need to concentrate on is our bet, and I am glad to note that you have, at long last, affirmed its validity.
I know you would like to 'forget the other bets' but this problem underpins your whole credibility. You are a confirmed welcher. You have tried to cancel bets and 'forget' about ones that you agreed to and now no longer fancy. Nobody is interested in your excuses as to why you tried to cancel them, you took the bets of your own accord, nobody forced you into them. This means that you cannot be trusted. In order for a bet to work, both parties need to have trust that the other party will honour their agreement. So in order for you to demonstrate that you can be trusted, you need to honour all of the bets you have agreed to, if you welch on these bets then the only conclusion is that you will welch on our bet again. You also still need to 'fully honour the terms' of our original bet, no 'loophole' or 'spirit of the bet' bollocks. You need to apply the avatar that was chosen for you, not one that you chose for yourself. Otherwise I could simply apply the same rules to our current bet and choose my own avatar if I lose. Your own welching and squirming has created this situation, you now have one option to put it right. Honour all of the bets and agreements that you have taken.
So my bet with Hiag is back on, I am glad that Hiag has actually grown a pair and taken my original bet on. As it currently stands Hiag is in the winning position and I am in the losing position - but there will be changes as the season progresses.

@Spurlock Pix has come back with another bollocks reply. Please remove my bet with him from the OP on the basis that he has declared it null and void. The decision is, of course, yours. You might, for example, decide to keep the bet alive, and then hit him with double punishment, at the end of the season? I'll leave that decision up to you, and abide by whatever you decide. It's a shame, because I wanted him to honour our bet.
Not bothered about your Betz that aren't in the OP. Yes the G4e bet was removed because clearly that wasn't the bet that was intended...the fact that I wrote it in the OP then removed it wasn't because it suited you or didn't. It was removed because it was not the bet you was clearly talking about...and G4e could see that too and I could see that too and everyone else could too. The bets in the OP are pretty much clear as day. The fact that no other posters bar a handful have a problem with anything in the OP is quite telling. I started this thread not to trip any single individual up but for us all to have legitimate, fair and no questions asked betz...rules being clear, punishments being clear etc etc. This thread and it's purpose is quite easy...I removed G4e's bet because he was trying it on...I couldn't be arsed with the impending bullshit the wording would have caused and quite clearly causing an issue was the sole intention of G4e...he tried it with me, I clicked on and he was clearly trying it with you...because it's Hiag..so I clicked on and for the benefit of this thread i got rid. As far as I'm concerned all the Betz in the OP stay. There's been no picking and choosing just because G4e's bet got thrown out...there is good logic behind that happening.

It’s in here. I’ve already linked to it. Fosse’s bet was Leicester get relegated during the next 4 seasons then HIAG gets to chose his avatar. At the end of each season if Leicester stay up then Fosse chooses HIAG’s avatar. Both agreed to it, then HIAG tried to back out, claiming it was a wum bet, sneaky blah blah. Put it up in the OP
It's a simple enough bet but Hiag can surely decline it if he wants? He didn't go back on it once it was in the OP..did he? If he was doing that it would be tough ****...coz if it's in the OP it staying. There have been lots of Betz that have been proposed between 2 posters and not made it into the OP due to a breakdown in communications between the 2...and the G4e bet being removed and why is because he was trying it on and was making a mockery of this thread and I know it was going to cause an issue because it was clear as day that he was setting a trap. I removed it because I know what will happen come the end of the season...not ruining this thread because of that silliness. Nothing against G4e....his sensible bets are still live.
