About the same number in as last Tuesday, but much less singing. The crowd were getting on the team's back after only 15 minutes, and (Holmes and Marshall aside) they deserved it.

We have looked dangerous a few times and Holmes has been raining the crosses in. But at the back we are all over the place. Kashi is poor and Konsa is awful. That was the worst team performance in a single 45 minutes so far this season.

Peterborough could have been 3 up by now.

League One for the next 100 years, or until this tit leaves this football club.

    PWG (Posting Without Going)

It’s a mark of our decline that some of our fans are *celebrating* a home draw with Peterborough in front of 6,000 fans.

Ten years ago we were beating the likes of Liverpool in front of a 27,000 sell out.

    How times change.

Coming back from two goals down to rescue a point can never be a bad thing.
Charlton did apply more pressure in the second half, even though we were uncoordinated and too predictable on many occasions.
Despite all our deficiencies tonight, the players did keep pushing and plugging away at Peterborough, and eventually that pressure paid off.

But two late goals and a draw saved from a looming defeat at home is scant cause for more than reflex celebration.
And it certainly does not excuse or justify the poor play which led to our team being deservedly two goals down.

Avoiding defeat like that can be used to galvanise the players for the future, but not to convince them that they were better than they actually were, or that there was nothing wrong with the performance over the whole game.
Never giving up and fighting to the last kick of the game are admirable qualities, but only a fool or an apologist would claim that Charlton played well this evening, or that this draw is something to be proud of.
Anybody who saw that game knows that we were not mugged - we were out-played for most of the match.

PLeased for KAG. From those who were there on CL, it appears we had a friendly ref for once.

I can't say anyone played well really but Kashi & Konsa were particularly poor.
That said I'm pleased for Ahearne-Grant & Djiksteel had a solid debut but we didn't deserve it at all.

Why the **** did I go to Brighton v Palace - sat a few yards away from 2000 virgins letting off bangers for 90 minutes. Genuinely one of the worst football games I’ve ever been to. Stinking hangover as well.

Well done KAG, hopefully the morons will stop jeering you. Probably won’t, though.

last night was abysmal. that was by far the sh1ttest i've seen us play this year. no game plan, no tactical switches when it was obvious the posh had done their homework. we need a plan b for when teams press us high. the wingers didnt even swap sides. konsa was awful, sarr and bauer are a poor pairing.

less than 6000 in the ground. i think even the closed blocks in the east stand near the screen has increased.

Kashi's getting a few pelters along with Konsa, both of whom are on their way out, Konsa in January Kashi at the end of the season. We've also got Dodoo and Best leaving in January, possibly Ricky Holmes. So when Robinson talked about "having a right go in January", he set himself up to be knocked back by the CEO, and ridiculed by the fans.

i can understand konsa going. big money for us and he's actually not that good. but kashi i'd only allow to go if he was on big money. probably is knowing our CEO and her bartering skills.

we'll finish 10th the way we're playing and the likely outcomes of january

Kashi is a good player at this level, but teams have worked out how to press him and like Magennis, he needs a rest.

How must Konsa feel with his manager publicly hawking him to other clubs at every opportunity?

That's quite jaw-dropping. It's counter-productive too, as clubs will realise we're desperate to sell.

Konsa is hardly going to risk smashing into 50/50 tackles for the next month
