ps How can a ref get away with being so blatantly biased. Someone at Swansea must have upset him previously. That was not an impartial display. I counted seven free kicks in a row against us, then he ignored an elbow to the face of Rocky & waved play on until he was prompted by the linesman. Blatant penalty & no foul for the disallowed goal. I hope the club send a complaint to Mike Riley at PGMOL.

 

have yous noticed certain refs have stopped given out cards now the fa must of told them ..anyway micheal oliver is the only decent ref in this league

 

The Tammy foul was a foul but should have been a free kick as it was clearly outside the area. The foul against Ayew was very soft and the pundits on MOD reckoned, as do I, that the goal should have stood. It happened at a time when Atwell was giving a free kick every time a Bournemouth player fell over. The Mesa incident was terrible refereeing. Ki was lucky to stay on but over the years and not just in football the player who retaliates gets treated more harshly than the instigator when to me natural justice suggests it should be the other way round.

 

A better game plan could have won that game quite comfortable even with a poor ref......Just one late shot on target at home is not acceptable.......Just by No shots on target in the first half should have triggered Clement to change things during HT talks ......But nothing and we end up with another winless home game....Our players are better than this and they deserve a better leader......Some players are fed up and want to leave in January and that is not a good sign.......

 

A genuine question but what game plan would have you preferred ?

 

A Martinez or Rodgers game plan we're winners...

 

We used to be able to get behind defences that parked the bus like Bournemouth did under Rodgers, Martinez, and Laudrup, even under Sousa too.

We do not seem to have any strategy for pulling out the shape of the oposition defence these days, and let's be honest while yesterday was an improvement, we still where poor and clueless in most of the game.......

 

Defences are better coached these days.

 

Agreed but they had excellent wing players who knew how to play triangles to create space.
What I did notice was Ki, Sanches, Bony and Fer all had more success by dribbling going through the centre.

 

Excited about Bony , VDH and Sanchez . Would have sat Carroll and played Clucas in Olsson's position . Praying for VDH to start with Fernandez and bench Mawson for a few games
