    Do LFC count as they have only been in the CL as many times as spurs in the past 7 years which is where your net spend is counting from

    Does that mean Leicester Citys PL win was not actually that great as they had a net spend of approximate ~55m over the past 7 years (from the year they won the league)

    No , it was a miracle really . Premier League titles are all about wages . ! st , 2nd or 3rd highest wages payed to a team have won all Premier League titles , with the exception of Blackburn who payed the 4th higest wage that season and of course ...7 th LOWEST wages Leicester ... therein lies the miracle
