Enjoy mate - I'm hoping to be there myself too, but expect all tickets to be sold before I get an opportunity. If nothing else, I can watch on Sky in the pub opposite mine in front of a roaring fire with a pint...
This will be the 4th time I’ve seen Utd so I’ve seen them more than of 90% if not more than their fans. I ****ing hate it when some people who has never seen them, living round here say “we” when talking about them.
Bristol City vs Manchester United tickets being sold online for FIFTEEN TIMES face value Tickets for the Carabao Cup clash are being sold at staggering prices by rip-off touts Aidan McCartney ✔ @aidanmccartney #BristolCity vs #mufc tickets are being sold for £500+ http://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/bristol-city-vs-manchester-united-777967 … 8:26 AM - Nov 15, 2017 · Bristol, England please log in to view this image
Always going to happen, this could be a very interesting night regards the crowd. As far as I’m concerned more city fans in the ground than Utd. Watch us win.
To be fair, looking on a United forum, it seems the majority are fine with City's decision re: allocation, but I can't stand those self-righteous c**ts who say 'you're only there to watch United', like there's the same clamour for tickets when they play Huddersfield as there is when (if) they get to play Real Madrid. Yes, it's a big game for us & it's right that as many City fans, who may not be able to afford to go every week, get the opportunity to go. As for ticket touts, I think it's reprehensible - it's different if you're re-selling because you can't go, but buying with no intention of going & selling at a profit... f**k off.
I fall into cat 1 , not going , no intention of buying a ticket to sale for profit , would much rather some other city fan gets the opportunity to buy my seat legitimately from the club, completely agree with you Nick .
This.... I'm an enormous music fan so this affects me quite a lot, I ****ing despite ticket touts, but even more so, I despise the legalised touting that is Viagogo and Stubhub, etc. How it's all legal is absolutely beyond me, it's scummy beyond belief. Some sort of centralised and regulated system where you can only resell at face value, plus a minor admin fee maybe, would really help.
Spot on Rob. I hate how within seconds of gigs, boxing and comedy shows the tickets are on sale at inflated prices on sites like that, it should be illegal
You paid for Coldplay well over face value. We all complain but then buy. If the public stood up and stopped buying then they will go bust. I’m going to start a revolution. Who’s in it’s £20 entry fee. Was £10 but all sold out sorry
I paid £30 for a Coldplay ticket outside the stadium? You do have a point though, I have paid over the odds but if you wanna go in, sometimes you got to do it!
I’m getting me Julie to contact your mutual friend to double check. As I paid more than that for the tickets
