I had a read of their forum earlier. It's depressing stuff. As Walter says, they're largely resigned to the idea that their club has already died (though this was based on posts from ahead of today's hearing) and that the fans will never come back. Disturbingly yet also reassuringly, they also have a sprinkling of knobheads who blame the rest of the fans just like we do.

Shame we haven`t got a minor shareholder to do the same with these two planks here, the money they have siphoned off in alleged interest on loans, the alleged gift to the City that keeps on giving to them ! Not to mention the pocketing of the transfer fees and premier league monies which should have and would have kept us competitive. Its a shame that it takes this kind of libel suit to out the thieves in the game.

The petitioner’s junior barrister sounds familiar.

Just read Conns article. So what they did was legal but they didn't include the minority shareholder in on it.
Belokonpaid 4.6 million for 20% in 2006!!! Kinell we were sold cheap to Bartlett then weren't we??

Hence my previous post. Football authorities have an awful lot to answer for. They have ruined the game by allowing selfish greedy bastards (substitute for Allams) to get richer.

    Quite a lot I think.
I will go to the odd game but would never buy a pass again.

I'll buy a pass the second they've gone.

    Well within 24 hours anyway...

I doubt the membership will be abolished in the 24 hours of them leaving. Think on!

I'd expect changes to the membership scheme at the very least. It's actually not a bad idea if implemented properly, ie if concessions for the young and the old were to return.

Any new owners would only have to promise as much. That would 'initially' be enough for me personally.

Well along with the promise of 'Hull City AFC appearing on the shirt and all the other **** disappearing.

I "thought on" a few years ago mate.

Absolutely brilliant news this, and also great credit to the Blackpool fans who have also fought to get their club back where it belongs, and out of the hands of a dictator. I hope he sells up now and ****s off for good.

Belekon has been found guilty of money laundering in Kyrgyzstan and won't pass the EFL fit and proper test, so that won't happen now.

Oystons will appeal and try to have the ruling re-valued.

Seems the Oystons and Belekon deserve each other.

Except the conviction for money laundering was made without due process in his absence from Kyrgyzstan, and the Oystons have been refused leave to appeal, they are going to have to appeal to be allowed to appeal. It's a mess, but hopefully the EFL would work with Belekon and maybe a third party to get it sorted once the Oystons are gone.

Meanwhile, Joey Barton is after a refund of money he had to pay to the Oystons after calling them asset strippers. What a soap opera!

The Oystons won't pay without a fight. I fear for Blackpool FC.

    Job done...

    BBC Lancashire Sport‏ @BBCLancsSport
BBC Radio Lancashire understands that Blackpool Football Club Ltd and Blackpool Football Club (Properties) Limited have both been put up for sale.
The Oyston family have also instructed their counsel to appeal certain aspects of Monday's High Court ruling.
