You have to give it to Pep... last year lots of people doubted him and now he taken more points in 11 games than in any other place.
I'm out with my family so didn't see the game. Reading that there was a soft pen and and offside goal though ? How did we play overall ?
Out of our depth really this is what Kronke and Wenger get's you,and on the flip side that's what a bottomless pit of money get's you eventually.
The truth is we arnt going to be able to compete with the likes of city anymore. We just arnt at that level. I thought we played OK, although xhaka and koscielny just stopping and holding their hands up while Jesus just tapped in city's third sums up our team... It was an odd game, the atmosphere was pretty flat too, and it was almost like city just knew we couldn't get anything out of the game. It was either disrespectful or almost arrogant in a way... Lacazette should have started, and it makes me sad just looking at ozil and Sanchez out there game after game knowing they might not even be with us 2 months from now...
