That is unfair. Radz has done a lot behind the scenes and has trusted the people he employed to run the football side as any good owner should. He has done so with the best intentions and if he changes tack that will be for the best intentions as well. Openly admitted that the football side wasn't his strength. Main fault was like us, getting carried away by the good start and signing everyone up. We have the players we have but someone who can set them up better will help.

Vieira, got something wrong with his legs which is impeding him. Cibicki and Klitch are obviously not liked, probably refuse to give head jobs. TC, tinkers and doesn't repair, plus, makes bad subbings, makes bad team selections, tinkers too much, hasn't got an eye for a player, someone must've nicked his dossier cos he's left all at sea. Tc's out of his depth and hasn't got a clue how to fix it. Something's not right behind the scenes, Radz, with all his inexperience of football needs to see the problem with both eyes wide open. How much say does Orta have in team selection and who must play, maybe not too much as Cibicki and Klitch can't even get a game. At this moment in time, we won't be getting promoted or in top 6.
I have not got too much sympathy for Radz. What I am waiting to find out is if he has the balls to tear up plan A and come up with a better plan B. If he employs another nobody as manager and a raft of more quantity over quality signings, then I will start to worry that he might not be the owner I had hoped for.
To be fair there is no quality in the team apart from Saiz and the bench is just more of the same. We are ****ing ****e.. This team is worse than 2010.
