I agree with you Bob but don't think any of the midfield are good DM options. would still prefer Mesa to Fer.

I'd give Dyer Narshingh's spot but I'd take as is .Don't think we'll see 3 CB's for this one

I thought Clement would go for the above - My team would start with

    ......................... Fab
Rangel ..... Fed ......... MVdH ......... Joe Lewis

Fer ...... Messa ...... Ki .........Clucas

    .... Ayew
    ..............................Abraham

Weak at the back imo and cover for Rangel with Fer in front of him who I can't see helping out

Sanches seems to be improving so I think he's the best option as the box to box midfielder and for me it has to be one of Ki, Fer or Clucas as the attacking mid fielder with Ki my choice. I think Dyer is worth a start as well and he has always played well with Rangel at RB. Interesting to see Bob show Joe Lewis at left back and it's better to have a youngster who's a specialist full back than a midfielder out of position.

See Tammy selected for full England squad.

Boothroyd paid a visit to the Leicester match to watch Alfie & Tammy.

I haven't seen any of the Arsenal match, but has there really been any improvement from Sanches ? Up until now for me he's been a complete nonentity

I bet Marcos Painter will be interested in this game . After he left us he spent time with Brighton and Bournemouth . Before going to League 2 Portsmouth ,all 3 clubs Painter played for in the Championship , are in the Premier ... good luck charm of sorts

My memory of Marco Painter was that he was the weak link for the 2 goals that Hull scored for us in the game we went on to win 4-2 to stay in the FL unless I've got the wrong player.

Apart from MOD I haven't seen the Arsenal game but in the last home game I thought he had improved and was frustrated that some of his ream mates couldn't read what he was doing or intended

Just seen Paul Clement;s interview and Olssen and Sanches both out. The problem is I don't see Fer or Ki as box to box midfielders energywise. Clucas we haven't really seen in that role. I would try him out in that position and have one of the under 23's at full back. Remember it's still early in the season and whilst we don't want to lose it wouldn't be a total disaster at this point. I haven't forgotten Carroll but he hasn't ,impressed me in the last couple of home games.

I'm glad to have Sanches and Clucas , don't get me wrong , but I probably wouldn't have signed either and gave Fer the AM position so his defensive laziness wouldn't be crucial . Good passer , good heading the ball , strong and a great shot . Fits my type of AM . PS . Starting to feel bad about Siggy , I think they sat him last game . A lot better player than his team I think . But Everton have lots of time , the also brought in a ton of new players , like us .

I'm afraid Siggy is the same at Everton as he was with us and Spurs , an enigma, he is limited in his all round play and managers have had to accommodate him , he upsets the balance of every team he's played with, yes his goals last season and assist kept us up but that's more down to the way we played reliant on his deadball ability than his creativity in open play.
