My point is the club has plenty of non playing staff on the coaching side, I don't know what all their roles are but there are plenty of them.
    Not many offering advice tonight.

Get out of it! He's a rubbish manager who displays nothing to make me think he has a clue! Has no idea of his starting 11 and just seems to be trying everything to see if something works! No plan B when it's going wrong! Tonight he played a centre back(tomori) right back, an attacking midfielder(Irvine) at left mid, a defensive midfielder (Larsson) at attacking midfielder. Hence what happened was Clarke didn't have a clue where Irvine was going! Larsson offered nothing with Campbell, hector looks like a league 2 player yet he perseveres! Campbell has never been a lone striker but yet slutsky continues to make the same mistakes!

I don't expect us to be challenging for promotion but I guarantee a half decent manager would be getting better of of this lot then he is!

We've won 4 games and each one of those teams are below us! Says it all!

    Get him out!

What has Mazuch done wrong to see him ignored from the squad? He's started one game, against Bolton and looked very good but hasn't come in since.

The target for Championship safety is usually 50 points, although in recent years teams have gone down with 50 points, so you're looking at at least 16 wins and a few draws.

I think any decision will be made after the Sheffield game, during the international break.

We said this tonight. He doesn't interact with the players at all. It's weird. It can't be good to see your manager pacing up and down like a maniac either.

I think he is guilty of trying to play an attacking brand of football when we haven't got players good enough to do it. Sure he could mould them into a hard to beat team like Steve Bruce did but that doesn't appear to be his style. And whatever he does or doesn't do on the training pitch how can he legislate for crucial individual mistakes which happen every game. Although I think Larsson is guilty of the last two so maybe he drops him and brings another one in? He must be running out of who to try. I think we have one or two footballers at most. Toral, Campbell. Bowen perhaps ?

We have a squad of players put together on the cheap and it shows.

Maybe those who thought Huddlestone was crap might reflect. Then again maybe not.

I think the young Allam will have to pay him off which will stick in his throat.

    Onwards and downwards.

I think he's a dead man walking. Think the players threw the towel in a bit today.
Decent bloke not so much out of his depth but unaware of the demands of the championship or how to navigate it.
The players we've got aren't great but where does everyone think we'd be if warnock had this squad?

He didn't win the Russian league until his third season in charge. He's obviously a slow burner.

I wonder if he has ever faced a situation similar to the one he finds himself in now? As you state, his record suggests he's a better than average manager, but it's possible our plight represents unknown territory for him. He might even get it right eventually but I doubt he'll be given the time necessary.

Managing one of the best teams in Russia with good players is very different to the championship. Yes we don't have the best squad but it's much better then the results and performances we are seeing. We got out of this league three times because we had managers with championship experience. Look at QPR and Cardiff with Holloway and warnock . First thing you have to do in this league is not concede goals we look like conceding every time a team gets the ball. Tomori played well for Brighton last season, hector did well for reading, Toral Birminghams best player in the championship Dicho done well for wolves, Irvine 10 goals in a bad Burton team have they all become bad players ??? The manager is a nice guy but has no clue in this league. Someone said on twitter it's like Phil Parkinson all over again good reputation but can't cut it here

Tomori is a right back, I really don't know where this notion came from that he isn't.

He brought through a lot of young players at cska, so spinning a narrative that he had an easy job there is more than a little lazy. Look at how they're traveling now.

    I
In some ways I agree but I find it hard to see this defence ever being solid. Hector just isn't the reliable kind of defender we've been used to in previous years. If Mazuch is that much worse that he can't get a game then that's a worry. Aina we know is all over the place. Tomori looks a bit better but overall there's just too much frailty at the back. I think if hypothetically Bruce took over his first port of call in January would be to sign 2-3 new defenders.

It's just sad that we had such a good squad and for no good reason we've dismantled it and started completely from scratch with bargain bucket players and loans.
