I wonder if anyone could fill me in on some questions i have!!

Lying cheating bitch of a wife is trying to take me to the cleaners after her infidelity not mine.

How do i stand regarding paying for her if im not working?

I work abroad earn a good wedge but am a contractor so never know when my next job will come up. Will i still have to pay or can i save my money on the premise that i do not know when i will work again??

I am perfectly willing to pay for my kids as they are mine after all, but i begrudge paying her any ****ing thing if i can get away with it. Although 15% of what i earn will keep her in good company for a long while !!!

I am led to believe that the above statement about not paying when not working is a good bench mark any one got a clear idea of the current law regarding this.

Any info would be much appreciated

    Thanks Lads

They'll work on your average earnings over the past couple of years, so unless you are unable to work, I don't think you'll get away with just claiming you haven't got any work on at the moment.

Your best bet is probably to buy 15 grams of coke and when you know she's going out, pop in to see the kids and hide them at the bottom of her bag, then simply call the OB and report her for dealing. Not only do you not have to pay maintenance to women in prison, but you'll get permanent custody of your kids. Worked for me. <whistle>

I've no experience in these matters, but surely if she's the one that cheated then she isn't entitled to a penny, just maintenance for the children?
