Cereal giant Kellogg's has apologised after it was accused of "teaching racism" on one of its cereal boxes. It's after a complaint about the pictures on the front of the Corn Pops box which shows yellow characters having fun and a brown character scrubbing the floor. Author Saladin Ahmed tweeted the company saying it is "teaching kids racism". Kellogg's then replied saying they have updated the artwork. http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/article/41758608/kelloggs-sorry-for-racist-cereal-box
Because A) it is like literally the most racist thing ever seen in like ever B) another example of the insidiousness of institutionalized racism I'm surprised some rinkydink hasn't complained that the corn pop people are all yellow, apart from Terry the Janitor that is.
