He always flatters to deceive in his first few games, he ended up more wasteful than CJ for us and when we fooled B'mouth to spend £7M to take him back, I don't think he scored any!"
Don't think he had many minutes for Bournemouth as they have a few others ahead of him, 7 goals so far for Sunderland would suggest that he was a good loan signing.
He scored 7 in the first few games for us but couldn't maintain the standard and ended up a bit of a joke figure
So, from today's Championship games, Wolves go marching on and they're certainly going to provide stiff opposition when they visit CR in 10 days time and I'd certainly settle for a 0-0 draw. The only team in the top 6 to lose was Bristol City and that was to Leeds who've ended their losing streak. Whisper it (and don't let RBF read it!!), but a win tomorrow would see us in the top 6!!!!
You have to admire a Grabban apologist. The best bit of that sorry saga was recuperating the money we spent on him. If only that were true of certain others we overpaid for.
I was just mentioning Grabban has had a good season so far at Sunderland, he has scored more than our strikers and at this rate will finish the season with more than Cameron and Nelson . Glad we sold him great business for Norwich especially as we only paid about £3m ,so far from a joke at this level if he's judged on scoring goals.
True. I only laughed when we sold him on at zero loss. So unlike us. He clearly didn't want to be here, so good riddance. Plus, he had a stupid beard. We can't allow that.
Fair comment DD and his shots to goals ratio when he was at CR was WORSE than CJ's and his record for getting yellow cards was nearly as bad as Tettey's!!
Now that's what you call a different job - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41637100 I saw something the other week that Kane also employs a chef and has reduced his body fat from 18% to 10%.!! (yikes) Above 27% is considered obese - yes, that's me.
If any of you have any doubts about Daniel Farke's ambitions, maybe this will put your mind at rest! https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/oct/23/norwich-city-daniel-farke-arsenal-carabao-cup
Exactly and I can foresee the owners of many clubs much higher up the footballing pyramid looking at prising him away along with a few of our star players.
That's no bad thing if we're able to make big profits on players and re-invest. Shows Webber is doing a good job if our coach and players are in demand. He just needs to keep it up! Maddison aside though i think both coach and players still have something to prove before the vultures really start circling
From what he says JM, I would think that he will be with us for a while, so it will take an enormous crowbar to "prise" him away.
Great news - http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41734454 WHY should the top 6 get a larger share of the trough??????
