Think this will be a much tougher test than Burnley. Leicester possess more high quality individual players in their squad - the likes of Gray and Slimani could cause us some problems. Priority has to be Sheff U on Friday so I'm sure TC will change most of the 11 from Saturday, whilst still being able to field a strong side due to our squad depth. The same 11 who got us past Burnley deserve the chance to do the same against Leicester for me. Should be an interesting game - would take being knocked out if it means 3 points on Friday though every day of the week.
Get 2nd team in we can thrash leicester with the 2nd team !! ha ha we will be singing this tune at the end of the season
I'd like us to go all out to win it, the problem is I'm a bit clueless to what our best starting 11 actually is. You think you know it then someone plays like they should never put the shirt on again and then next time they're candidate for man of the match, very up and down.
Leicester should be playing their better players I think as their next match isn't until Sunday whereas ours is Friday. Same starters as the Burnley match for me and we shall see. I hope we do OK but winning on Friday is the better option if we have to choose, but I'll go for a 1-0 to us as we don't have to.
You would think that playing 3 DMs is a must against Foxes, but can we afford to risk playing 3 unless Anita Oshagnassy & klich can do it? Will Lassoga benefit from 3 games in 7 days or should we blood Grot or Cibicki
Think the optimism must be seeping back, looking forward to this one - hoping for a sneaky win in 90 or AET. All secondary to Friday though - 2 years since I've been over due to family illness, and never been to a Yorkshire derby, so I can't feckin' wait.
Leeds 1 Lonergan - to Felix 2 Ayling 35 Shaughnessy 28 Berardi - Maybe Pontus 3 Borthwick-Jackson Substituted for Sackoat 60'minutes 43 Klich 25 Vieira 7 Roofe Substituted for Alioskiat 104'minutes 11 Grot Substituted for Lasogga 85'minutes 15 Dallas 22 Cibicki Substituted for Hernándezat 79
You will do well to get half of those right. Beradi suspends Dallas - mourning Viera - rested /recovering from injury still Grot- ****e + TC trying to make up for ****ing off Lassogga after Cardiff
we beat them 1-0 last season when they were premier champions and we were league 1 and only had 10 men on the park so on the assumption they are much poorer now and struggling terribly can only see them scoring 3 past you 3-0 comfortable
Would obviously like a win, but not at the expense of picking up injuries which will effect Friday's squad. Friday's game should be very tasty.
not as many as some of the gobbledigook you post on here surprised you could spell scrabble correctly
Article is based on him not being picked for the last u23 match. The article also goes on to speculate that it could be because he's being dropped to the u18s to get game time as things are not exactly going his way atm. I'm hoping Stokes gets another chance.
You are the one that reads Leeds forum as Millwall forum...... TOP TIP: Find your board just once and save it as a shortcut..... That way you wont keep making the mistake of posting all the wally ****e on the wrong board.
i dont post on any Leeds forum me old fruit cake i did join one once but the owner closed it down the next day he couldnt handle the sharks i laid some bait he snapped it up swallowed it so deep that when he tried to spit it out the hook got stuck in his arse
May I remind everyone of what happened last season when Monk was putting certain players in cotton wool, after the loss to Sutton, a non league team we started going downhill, Cambridge went close as well. They get paid to play all competitions. Success is brought about by positivity and risk taking. Let's hope TC doesn't play Weinwald, Ayling, Jansson (TC said he'll play) Shaughnessy Anita O'Kane Klich Alioski Hernandez (chance to redeem himself back in middle) Saiz Cibicki We need to put out a team that looks like it's not surrendering already. With so many games left in championship, I think it's too early to bring out the cotton wool and be cautious. Leicester stand in has said he'll be making changes to his team selection giving fringe players a chance. This is our opportunity to take advantage of those changes, just like Sutton did to us. We need to throw caution to the wind......
Not convinced I agree with that. Don't think TC will wrap anyone in cotton wool. He gets paid for doing a job let him do it, can just imagine the comments if he put his best team out tonight one won, but lost on Friday
