Nah. Your game plan was established long before the start of the match. There was never any ambition beyond killing the game and hoping to snatch a winner.

Of course it was, we put the onus on you as the home team to come out and attack, Jose got it wrong because Klopp showed no ambition and kept the 3 holding mids on all game.
**** happens, we will get over it and hopefully not play against too many others with the same lack of ambition at home.

I'm not going to get involved in the yah-boo sort of exchanges on here, so I'll just say: Obviously we had ambition to win the game, but against a team who can hardly get out of their own half, and are so adept at a massed defence, then we are likely to struggle. We've seen this with teams a lot poorer than Utd.
The problem for Utd is this lack of ambition - it won't be enough to just beat lower teams (most of the time), and try to scrape a draw from the better ones.
I genuinely believe that Mourinho's fear of sides that can play a bit will cost you dearly over the course of the season.

Yet it was no struggle. That is how bad Utd were.

Look at newcastle.for example. We threw in an equaliser for them. Or burnley. ... is a 0-0 a struggle v a top 4 team? Where we had 2 good chances to score but one saved and they were so lousy they could not make one especially in second half....

Chelsea.today struggled against but overcame watford. Clearly Utd are better at defending than Watford but **** at attacking.

I actually think Utd are very capabale at going forward but are massively held back by Mourinho's defensive minded tactics....the exact opposite to us!

City are tearing this league a new one right now, looks like they'll break every record doing so too!

Moyes is being linked with a return to Everton. Would he be better than Koeman? Maybe, but I doubt he would take them forward as the new owner, and Tobes, would wish.

Would be a massive backward step if Moyes gets his old job back, and he is now hated by many blues supporters for the snidey way he got the manc job and his trying to strip Everton of their best players when he was the manc manager.
From a red point of view I hope he gets the job.<laugh>

Yes I agree totally. The pattern across time with Mourinho is clear. Play a lower side, score, strangle the game, sir off, score on break or not. Last year he was so lucky there was not one decent side in the Europa league as he cocked up the prem royally.
