After a terrible result last Saturday and a post match wum fest started by Troy Deeney and continued by Arsenal TV the week got worse as Spurs didn't do a spurs at Real Madrid and Ozil claimed he was going to join Man Utd.
But last nights win away in the Europa League has brightened up the week.
Everton, having spent £140m in the summer have started the season like a poors mans West Ham.
So Arsenal are going to claim an easy 3 points this weekend as it has already been confirmed that Ashley Williams and Rooney will be playing.

On a side note, the dad who hit an opposition player in Evertons Europa League match has recieved the most severe sentence possibly...he has to watch all Evertons games already played this season on a perpetual loop.

Once Arsenal win Koeman will be sacked. If Arsenal somehow lose to that shower of ****e then Wenger will be in danger of losing his job as Fat Man Sam, Chris Coleman, Gordon Strachan and David Moyes are all looking for work <whistle>

Arsenal are still in touch with the CL places and as either or both Spurs and Liverpool will drop points on Sunday a win is essential for them. This, coupled with Evertons complete inability to play coherent football will see the fight for the top 4 start to heat up.

It's a weird coincidence that that both North London clubs are playing scousets this weekend...cash converters on Merseyside are going to be inundated with car stereos next week <whistle>

Anyhow...I'm off to watch Arsenal TV blud...to see how the fams are hanging...you know bruv?

    Some interesting results so far.

Crazy to think that, despite how poor we've performed and how diabolical some of our results have been, a win against Everton would put us just 4 points behind Man United.

Obviously that is a big 'IF' and given our away record so far this season, I am not expecting us to win, but it's still ridiculous to think that there could potentially be a 4 point gap between 'dominant' Man United and 'feeble' Arsenal after the weekend.

If they can put together a game such as they played at Chelsea, they should be ok.If.

Other then City's blazing start, no one has looked particularly impressive. Even Man u don't look that great but have been consistent until their horror show at Huddersfield.

Our league position will depend largely on how poor everyone else is. On actual play, we are around 4 or 5, but I'm sure other teams will screw up along the way that will give us hope.

We're really cutting Everton open here, we need to start making it count with a couple of goals. Everton still have quality to hurt us so need to kill this off and quick.

Now we're 1 down. Please don't let it be us that bring Everton back from the dead.

We are still playing well and more dominant. If we can start putting them away then we should win comfortably. If we don't and concede again, then our heads can drop, like against Watford. We still have the upper hand in that Everton are playing ****.

Xhaka reminds me of Song before he had that great season, always giving the ball away in stupid places

Never nice seeing something like that it's not normal for us to do that. Rather than getting frustrated with the situation, our players need to get to grips with it and take over again.

Most fluid cutting edge 1st half I've seen Arsenal play this season, but typically we can't put the game to bed!

Is this going to be a frustrating afternoon OR are we finally going to get some fruits for our labour!

    * Can see Everton going down to 10 men in the 2nd half
