The difference between your fine result today and ours 2 years ago is that it's highly unlikely to change anything for you folks. Your board seem to have no idea how to change things for the better, or the willingness to do so. We got rid of Gunn and brought in a completely new management team, following on from big changes at board level. I don't think I need to say any more regarding what happened since. If I was in your position I'd be very worried indeed. Do you actually trust your club to bring in a new manager who isn't just another 'name' who is unlikely to bring in any fresh ideas to improve things for the future?
