After last night and for the moment anyway, the future looks to be blue rather than red. Not opening the club v country debate but thank goodness the Championship stuff is back again.

Having said that, no blue for us on Friday - colour change as we're actually playing the blues - do you actually like that fluorescent green and white kit?

Has Cotterill had enough time to get to grips with all 'Arry's new recruits at Brum having got stuffed 6-0 last time out?

What about Warnock's midfield options - Bryson, Ralls, Gunnar, Damour and now Bamba in the frame. Should he carry on playing Bamba there for the moment and stick with the Manga/Morrison combo at the back? Out wide it's got to be Mendez and Hoilett - I don't see what Warnock sees in Feeney even as a sub.

Phew, seems like an age but good to be talking about City again - please, please carry on before I go back to the Leeds forum for a chat to somebody. <laugh>

Patterson could come into contention at right back although more likely to be sub first time with squad.

Bryson must come back in midfield. Is Gunner fit? If so then Colin has a selection dilemma. Nice problem to have.

Agreed on front three. Feeney was brought in as cover for Kadeem. Assuming he gets fit by December then Feeney will go back.

A year ago Pilkington was virtually first on team sheet. Not even on bench now.

Warnock has mentioned on WOL that Paterson is a few weeks away still.

Looking forward to tomorrow tonight, pity they might get the new manager bounce. We would have definitely been too strong for Harry's cavalier approach.

Can't dislike Cotterill - same sort of mould as Warnock. Less experience maybe but he's a real enthusiast and trier who had a raw deal at the Wurzels after taking them up from League 1.

This could be a more difficult game than it appears on paper particularly up there. I'd fancy a 3 or 4 goal win if we were at the CCS but I'll take the 3 points any way it comes tomorrow.

If Manga is fit after the bout of ****s he was exposed to on international duty, then I've a feeling he'll get the nod at CB. If that's the case, I wonder if Warnock will react to Gunnar playing those two games for Iceland citing "tiredness". He could well bench him and stick Bamba who hasn't played for a fortnight back in front of the back 4 again.

New manager curse will bite us imo.. Can see a loss here, but I've gone for a score draw.

Like to see Pilks given a chance off the bench rather than Feeney. He's a miles better player if he turns up and can win a game - I doubt Feeney can do that.

Bit too early to risk Paterson, and as it's an away game, I'd expect Peltier to get the nod over Jazz anyway.
