Quite a night with the Argies going a goal down in 38 seconds but coming back with a Messi hat-trick to qualify. Poor old Alexi Sanchez has seen Chile go from 2nd place a few games ago to miss out after losing to Brazil. They needed one goal when 0-2 down and went on all out attack including their keeper but got caught on the counter, you have to feel sorry for the Arsenal misfit, everything he touches turns to shyte at the moment...<laugh>

Further to Sanchez's woes will be the news Peru got the play-offs place thanks to another David Ospina goalkeeping clanger. Peru had an indirect free kick he could have left but he tried to save it and helped it into the net...

You must have half a chance now though. Man mark Nolberto Solano and Paddington Bear and the game is yours.

I’m so HAPPY that Messi scored one of his greatest hat-tricks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And now I can laugh at how hilarious it is that Col just proved over and over that he is just pathetic <laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>:emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:<party><party><party><party><party>

It truly was one of Messi’s best set of goals in a match he ever scored especially considering the circumstances. But the quick decision making to take those shots and put them precisely like that is what makes him a superman. Many strikers would’ve just blasted at the goal in hopes but no, Messi places them with so much guile and technique the goals were marvellous.

What an exciting day it was in the CONMEBOL. Colombia made it, and Peru are in the playoffs at the expense of Chile, unfortunately. Chile who had won the South American Championships back to back.

It’s gonna be a great WC.
No US, which makes it that much better. And how hilarious was that match? Brilliant Trinidad!!!!
And no Dutch! I’m glad they’re not good. Hate the Dutch. Bunch of divers. :emoticon-0173-middl:emoticon-0136-giggl

I'm pretty sure Col will be appreciative of Messi's hat trick as he's already said previously that he likes to see all the best players at the World Cup, a comment that you've conveniently ignored....

You really don't do yourself any favors with your child like responses do you Yappy?

Not asking for any favours, but he did repeat TWICE that he would laugh if the Argies weren't to qualify.
So I'm going to dance! <party><party><party><party><party>

Funniest shyte evah, as they have nothing to shake up, as there is no foundation to begin with! :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm

They first hired Klinsmann who flat out told them that the US has no foundation and nothing growing, there is nobody to pick from, no academies and no grass roots, and then they let him leave out a veteran in Donovan the last time around, and then they let this one slip because they kept aging Tim Howard and/or Guzan in goal because they have nobody else, leaving everything to Pulisich, their only hope Obi-Wan, and they blow it to a team so poor. And hilarity ensues. <doh><doh><doh><doh><doh> <laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh><laugh>

No I don't need happy pills, I enjoy US getting battered in all sorts of ways, that's all
