Disgusted at some toon fans treatment of Steven Taylor last year after the whole Taylor-Carroll scenario And then the treatment he recieved dithering over a contract Taylor has had strong interest in him but never once made any secret of his desire to leave even though he was put on the transfer list due to not signing a contract. Alright we did not recieve any substantial offers if any at all but the lad done the decent thing got his head down concentrated on getting back to fitness ect even though he was taking flak from fans from the club he actually loves. We told him no, so he wanted to be transfer listed/we put him on the transfer list. The only difference between him and Carroll is that Liverpool were willing to pay ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã35mil for Carroll and nobody wanted Taylor.

Never given Stevie T flak, always hoped he would sign a new contract and was delighted when he did. I think Carroll has realised that he will be branded as a traitor for the rest of his life so he is trying to shift the blame to an already hated owner...might work...although i dont know who to believe...the whole thing is just ridiculous and makes us look like a joke...
