A campaigner who is demanding gender-neutral passports has been given the go-ahead to bring a High Court challenge against the Government. Christie Elan-Cane is taking the government to the High Court as part of a 25-year long fight to have UK passports that recognise people who don't identify as male or female. Elan-Cane is pushing for a third option on passports for genderless people, which is usually symbolised by an 'x' on travel documents and birth certificates. Elan-Cane, who was born female but identifies as 'non-gendered', will on Wednesday find out if the case will proceed to a full hearing. please log in to view this image
Of course. Humanity should always adopt policies that suit a tiny minority, no matter the financial cost.
Too be fair that would make it quicker and easier in Muslim countries . Go to passport control in Pakistan ,Iran, or Saudi Arabia with gender neutral on the passport and get fast tracked to the roof to be thrown off saving time and money on a trial to prove they are guilty of poovery. Win win.
Doesn't Pakistan have a special tranny police force? Edit: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2012/jun/08/pakistan-hijra-transgender-tax-collectors
