    Never had a cooked breakfast in my life ! bran for me chaps as I had bowel trouble years ago and it has cured me, alpen is the best !.

    Personally i prefer a nice fried egg to go with the sausage, bacon, black, and white, pudding, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and chop sauce, but my missus for some strange reason thinks it's healthier to poach the eggs????? I do like them poached as well, especially if you get the yolks bang on runny.
