Job Interviews

I am on an interview panel at work and was wondering what sort of questions I should ask that are a little bit "outside the box"

I am a bit bored of the "where to you see yourself in 5 years?" and "what are your strengths and weaknesses?" sort of tosh.

Sadly we are not allowed to take DNA or hair samples so I won't be able to avoid mongs, pooves or stoners.

Ever been asked a totally pointless question in a job interview? I've heard of people being asked what sort of animal they see themselves as. Maybe answering "Sloth" wouldn't see me called back for the second round.

Your comments may or may not be used in an actual interview.

I was once asked what makes a good team. "having me in it" I quickly replied bold as brass like. .

Got the job.

Just do a Spud at any interview for a job you really don't want.

I am on the INTERVIEW PANEL numb nuts, I'm the departmental manager and not the oily rag.

Take half of the application forms and throw them in the bin. That way you get rid of all the unlucky folk
