Wonder if @astro was right all along?

Is Klopp indeed overrated? Should they try and get Brenda back?

Don't know about that, but Klopp is over rated. Used to be good value for interviews at least, but even that's gone now....he meanders and makes no sense. And like most of us, Liverpool haven't the players that United, City and Chelsea have....the gap is widening. Liverpool is basically Southampton + 15% on a good day.

Mark Sampson leaving his job as England Ladies coach. Shame it came to this from a football point of view.

I think Sampson knew this last night. He was emotional when the team showed support for him, but he remained looking wistful for the rest of the game. Certainly didn't look like a manager of a team winning so comprehensively.

Sampson sacked for something that happened at Bristol Academy years ago and not the recent allegations....so presumably something that he didn't declare.

Seems a very odd situation. More to come out I'm sure.

The allegations relate to Sampson’s time at Bristol Academy, where he worked first with 10- to 16-year-olds at the club’s centre of excellence and later as the senior first-team coach. The allegations were made by more than one player and are said by the FA chairman, Greg Clarke, to range from the “trivial to the very serious”.

We can only hope mate, particularly as he was classed as not posing a risk.

All the big boys kept apart.
And Wolves get a trip to City. I'm not that sad we are out of it now. Yesterday I was still annoyed.

9000 tickets for West Ham at Wembley for a night game could be interesting <yikes>

Spurs ****ed up by only allowing 3k for league games, now they've got a fiery cup tie with no experience of managing a large away support there.

That's the stand out tie for me. Hammers will make it as uncomfortable as possible. Poch pretending he doesn't care about the Trophy, but plays a strong team.

I reckon West Ham will do them, Spurs will have bigger priorities by then and West Ham with a huge away support I just fancy.

Bet the Met are well happy with that one! <laugh> Wouldn't be suprised to see it limited in some way.
