And finally, you clearly have never seen Phillips, far less met him. It's between him & Bera as our hard man. In fact, it's prolly a draw there, but Phillips gets away with it better. Being superstitious, over recent weeks I couldn't go even if I had been able to until we had lost a game.
Staying away was proving very lucky.
Now I fear I might have missed the best part of the season....

I agree about phillips being tough .i dont hate him or anita they are both part of the squad and its the coach who picks the team.

The comment is more in relation to beaming back pointless games, especially where we dont perform.
Losing to wall in the gutless manner we did is pretty ****. Hopefully it will be adressed but our lack of grit is a concern.

 

Lack of grit? That's the first goal, which incidentally was offside, we've let in for over 500 minutes of football. Suggests to me we can dig in when necessary.

 

We could have conceeded three or four and would not have scored if we were still playing now.
