Burnley have no intention to attack. It will be set pieces only for them so going all out i agree with. Teams like Brighton/Burnley/Man u / West Brom will just sit back and provide nothing upfront.
Don't think Keita is a holding MF rather a box to box MF plus we only bought 1 starting 11 player in Salah so i'm not buying the too many signings arguement.
His off the ball running isn't a decent attribute since he's never running to the right place on the pitch at the right time. He needs sent back up North....tell him he's part of the Nights watch...thick bastard will get all excited.
Hope Solanke is on the bench as if we are running out of ideas we can bring him on to mix things up a bit.
Another option is playing the diamond - Can holding Ox and Coutinho CM Firmino as 10 Salah and Sturridge up top Sturridge in a two is brilliant and he's brilliant in tight spaces in the box, which is crucial in games like this.
do you think Klopp will play him as a holding MF ? actually do you think Klopp will play a holding MF ?
No chance I reckon. He'll be the number 8 and I think Can moves into 6. Lemar will replace Coutinho if he comes.
not convinced by Can as a holding MF but more relevantly it looks like he won't be playing for us next season .
I think he's the best option for us at the moment but his problem is his versatility and he's usually the first one to get shifted around. He had a run at 6 last season and he was good.
#LFC starting XI v Burnley: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Klavan, Robertson, Milner, Can, Coutinho, Salah, Firmino, Sturridge Interesting. Sturridge and Milner in. No Hendo
No Wiji either. Hope Milner just sits in front of the back four Lucas style, nice to see Robertson get a game and Solanke on the bench
