    The officials had a shocker all game. But **** it, at least it's only the Apoel game he misses. Bring Foyth in!
    So proud of us tonight. We looked like we'd learnt from last year.
    Aurier was superb, Eriksen continues his outstanding start to the season, and Kane was clinical.
    Mature performance from the lads.

    In fairness, now that I'm resigned to Sissoko, it was actually comical how he broke through, slowed down so three defenders could catch him, still got a shot off and put it ten metres wide.

    Couldn't agree more. Pool and City need to be handled like that. Play them at their own game and they'll tear you to shreds. Play it patient and hit them on the counter and they'll panic.

    Was vertonghen definitely shown a second yellow? Or was it a straight red. Social media seems to be suggesting confusion. If it's red, we have to appeal that!!
