Just watched a full replay of the game. Thought he did ok in a team that was well beaten. He also gave the ball away in a dangerous area that led to Japan's second goal.

I watched the game on You tube whilst the game was going on, and thought he did OK, but they were beaten by the better team on the day. I don't know whether it is the norm in Auss, but the commentator was awful, a lot of the time he was getting the players wrong and having to rectify himself, and that was the Aussy players.
