To be fair, you could also have said that about Liverpool, Spurs and City last season, & none of them did too poorly.
yeah, but they score goals, we don't. We were promised an £85m transfer budget, we spent £10m. promised at least 2 strikers, we got 1, a new RB, we got 32yr old Zabaleta for free (decent player, but no pace), as it stands we're going down, we were lucky we fluked 2 home wins against Burnley and Hull last season, otherwise we'd've gone down then. Our problem is Sullivan thinks he knows what he's doing and can 'spot a player' when the reality is he can't.
Between Utd and City this season. Hopefully City, because it's meaningless if they win it after spending £220m, come to think of it, Utd still spent £145m. Chelsea have spent £185m but I don't see them get anywhere near the title this season. Something is going pear shaped at Chelsea and I think this season the wheels could come off. Liverpool are in with a decent shout for top 4 but I don't think they'll challenge for the title. Arsenal are in a mess, but the ship will steady and they will challenge for Top 4 along with the Spuds. As for relegation. Can't see Brighton being able to handle the step up to the prem. And I think Newcastle will struggle after a crap transfer window. West Ham could also be pulled into a scrap as Billic seems to have lost the plot.
Can't see beyond Utd if I'm honest. Maureen must of raised a glass and had a little chuckle at one minute past eleven last night. City second and if Spurs get past the Wembley jinx, I'll have them as third. Sorry Piskie, but I think Arsenal are one mistake on the field away from a total meltdown. Fans are already up in arms at the transfer fiasco, and I think this will definately effect the players. Arsenal players will relish away games rather than playing at home.
Man Utd - Signing Ibrahimovic sealed the deal. Chelsea Man City Liverpool 18th Palace 19th Huddersfield 20th Brighton
Nip and tuck between the two Manchester clubs for the title. Chelsea 3rd. pool and arsenal and Spurs to fill the remaining top 6 spots Relegation candidates Palace Brighton Toon Swans Watford Hudders and West ham. Any 3 of those...
Manc clubs top 2. Chelsea and Liverpool probably 3rd/4th. Not disagreeing as such but just interested that everyone automatically has Huddersfield as going down despite their start. Obviously they won't shake the underdog tag that easily but they couldn't have done much more at this point. They could go either way. Brighton to go down Newcastle as well Then any one of Palace, Watford, West Ham, Huddersfield, Bournemouth or Leicester
We've spent £395m in three seasons, you've spent £350m. You've just done £130m in a summer to boost a title winning squad. Have you got that little faith in your club/manager given you, allegedly, got all your first choice transfer targets? In the same time, City have spent £530m so, allegedly, they should piss it.
Well England wont win **** all with ****ty Southgate, I've never seen us so shocking since he took over. What a ****ing joke
He will compare total spent by United to net spent from Chelsea because hes a dumb **** and wont accept what your saying
Then again, you've predicted that Arsenal will finish above Spurs! I don't think the lads are going to be putting that much store by your predictions, mate..

This is Jose's second season. So add on LVG's second season before that. You frequently make these kind of cock ups by insisting your delusion is reality. You'll drag this out now with some abuse to try and bury it.
