At St James this weekend (Arsenal game) we all have to vent out frustration more than ever before. So far Ashley has got us relegated, vandalised our stadium, sack the best manager we have had since Sir Bob and sold our main asset . This shows absolutely no ambition.

As I said after Hughton was sacked and Pardew came in, that was so he could sell Carroll. Hughton wouldn't have let him sell Carroll and if he did he would have caused disrupt or walked away. Whereas Pardew is Ashleys mate, which tells you every think. Pardew says the right things and is very good in his interviews which got a few fickle fans on his side. This has proved how much of a lying **** he is. Pardew is capable of keeping us up (hopefully) but nothing more. Look at his management history in the premiership, it speaks volumes. These next few games will be a big test, at Southampton it was claimed he had the motivational skills of a yeast infection. Now players will be slightly if not very unhappy, especially Carroll close friends in the squad.

I still think we will stay up, but it's a relegation fight now. Shola doesn't score enough same with Lovenkrands. Ranger isn't good enough at this level. Best has scored one hatrick but he hasn't convinced me yet. Most of Nolan's goals came from Carroll's assists. Where will the goals come from?

  2. We're basically ****ed. We have ****ing hitler and satans love child owning us. The premier league should be able to kick out the owners of clubs if they are doing a **** job.

Surely he should fall under the improper owners thing as he dosen't know about football, he's angered the city(several times) and he is generally a ****.

The fit and proper persons test thing has failed everytime that its been used, how do you think peter ridsdale has been allowed back inot football after what he had done to leeds and cardiff, plus the portsmouth debacle last season, cant see why the city cant just band together and buy the club off ashley or buy a stake large enough to have a majority say on the board

Ah, great. All this "Ashley out" and "let's protest before, during and after the game" nonsense. How is that fair on the players WHO wanted to stay? Whether you like to admit it to yourself or not, Carroll decided to leave. Even if he was "being forced", he could have rejected Liverpool and said I'm seeing my contract out here. But he didn't, he decided to leave. For once, Ashley isn't too blame and our fans need to realise this. Any protests etc aren't going to help.

Question is, Nolan and Barton have been standouts in your side this year... what happens when they become miserable and want out in the summer cos their mate Andy has been sold...? It's ****ed how he was sold on Deadline day at the last minute, so you couldn't get a replacement in. We were lucky in that Bent was sold straight off the bat, so could bring in Muntari and Sess, who will score and get assists for Gyan.

Plus, how much of that money do you reckon will be invested into the club, and how much will line Fat Mike's pocket? I have a feeling he will be trying to pad his own bank account before investing in NUFC. Not sure if he is just thinking that so long as the club stay up, then they will make money.Which is probably enough for him.

    exactly Luke
Carroll had a very decent 5year contract with his "boyhood" club
if he was being pushed by Ashley he could of seen out this contract knowing fine well that if it came to the media that ashley tried to force him out and he refused
ashley would be hounded out of toon
and carroll could have stayed to fulfill "childhood" ambitions.
Carroll jumped ship well before he Ashely made him walk the plank
I applaud Ashley for getting us as much money out of the deal as we could.
we need to get behind the boys tomorrow and wednesday
our support can keep us up
