    What do you think Virgil will do now? Unless he is so stubborn that he'd rather not play than back down (unlikely), I think he will issue a statement about accepting the present position and it was never about the team or the fans...who have always been so good to him. And he will do his best for the team whilst he is here.

    If it is possible to write through gritted teeth...that is what he will do.

    The word professional will feature somewhere as well.

    If he doesn't return to the first team and decide to play for us in a hope of forcing through a move in January, it would mean that he wouldn't have played a game for nearly a year. Not ideal for us or him

    I think he went all out for the move this window and has been badly advised as well by an agent looking for a pay day. I'm hopeful that he will see that it benefits him more to come back into the fold and maybe get his move next season.
