Secret squirrel? What are you suggesting, exactly? In my case, only at the weekends and with the curtains drawn
Have you heard of StatDNA? Arsenal bought it for £2M and have spent £3M developing it. How much are you spending on developing yours? https://www.statdna.com/
Yeah I've heard of it, but don't really know much about it. Seems kind of similar to Opta and Prozone. I haven't spent anything developing mine. Built the website by myself, but its mediocre at best
Thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate the depth you went into. I agree with everything you said, you're absolutely right. Here is how I hope to overcome said obstacles: 1,2,3 and 5: is the technical side of things. I'm not even going to pretend that I know about the technical side of things, but if this is pursued I'd ensure the website functions correctly and quickly. Since the hope is for this to be used internationally, it would also need to cover multiple languages. 3: I'm thinking of implementing a review system where clubs rate "scouts". The hope is that each scout would then be incentivized and motivated to produce high quality reports, it would also iron out bogus scouts. 4: is challenging. That's something I'll have to work around. For me the below is my priority: 1. For scouts: That the system is easy-to-use. It must be easy and simple to create reports. And long-term, the system must provide a decent income to "scouts". 2. For clubs: the system must provide significant value to them while at the same time being affordable. 3. Review/rating system: it must be simple and easy for clubs to review scouts. E.g: for uber you are "forced" to rate drivers, I'm sure there is a better solution, problem is I don't know what that is yet. Thanks again for your feedback man, very helpful.
I've run a few of my own websites, forget the design, I hope you've budgeted for some immense hosting bills, the bandwidth you might get through could wipe you out before the next player is found and signed up
