He's really poor at positioning. Whether it be too high up the pitch or too close to the CB that's his biggest weakness. I wouldn't have any worries if he was 1 on 1 with a winger as he has the pace to always keep up. Quite similar to Walker, they both lose there pace then they're probably not even a football haha.

to be honest even 1 on 1 i think Moreno is dodgy. If he actually learnt to stick with a man and jockey and put his foot in Moreno has all the attributes to stop his winger. However he doesn't do this, he's either out of position or he thinks he has to nick the ball and dives in and gets turned

Reminiscent of Lucas when he first came to us.

I haven't seen him dive in this season so far so i think he's learnt from that. But positioning wise is poor so i agree there.

Don't forget - Moreno has no support from Lovren. We have aggressive full backs. We need players to cover that space.

he dove in the first match for Watfords 2nd equaliser (admittedly i haven't been paying attention to him) although ultimately it was TAAs fault as it was his ****ty clearance but just an example of him diving in unecessarily

Klopp always says you only see the big final error.

The guy desperately trying to do something to stop a goal when the snall issue before it should have been dealt with...

I see a lot of small issues in lfc set up.

A lot of the issues are lads diving in stupidly round the park. Two men closing one player down or the cointinual absence of a covering cm.

Players need to show more on these right around the park.

Partially right - he dived in but he had to get close to the attacker. The issue is that Moreno was clearly not going to outmuscle the attacker, and there's claims that it was a foul.

The intention was correct but not the execution.

Yep - most of our goals are a collection of small stupid errors from multiple players.

There's always one trigger, the thing that let's a side break the lines and after that it's scramble time.

Like when your favourite idiot lovren gambled on a press v palace last year. Where was the midfield... thry all switched off while origi got treatment.

Lovren compounded the error and opened up the whole team. Was the trigger him or the absent cms?
