Yeah I particularly remember his England side soaring 2-0 vs Portugal in the Euro finals and then managing to tie the game up and see it out 2-3. This was the followed by a win over Germany and another bore-off as Romania knocked us out in drab 5 goal encounter...

 

We are lead to beleive that most transfers include "add ons" based on certain criteria..performances etc.
But we never know what these are and if they have been met and hence the additional fee triggered.( not just us but the whole transfer market)
